Gortersmient Management & Rental mediates on behalf of the owner.
- Gortersmient Management & Rental does not manage or mediate these holiday accommodations on its own behalf, but on behalf and in the name of the owner.
- Gortersmient Management & Rental therefore does not qualify as the lessor.
- The owner has appointed Gortersmient Management & Rental as the party responsible for all communication and coordination with tenants, as well as for administration, invoicing, payment collection, and ensuring compliance with the applicable rental conditions and general terms.
- By renting a holiday accommodation through Gortersmient Management & Rental, the tenant explicitly agrees to the terms stated in the previous clause.
- These general terms and conditions apply to the rental of the accommodation by the owner (the lessor) to the tenant, with Gortersmient Management & Rental acting as intermediary.
General Provisions of Gortersmient Management & Rental
- The rental becomes binding only after receipt of the advance payment.
- The tenant may not sublet or transfer the rented property to third parties, nor allow more persons to stay overnight than agreed in this contract, unless with written consent from the lessor.
- The tenant shall occupy the rented property neatly and properly, and agrees to immediately reimburse any damage caused by them to the property, furnishings, inventory, or otherwise, except for fire hazards.
- The final cleaning fee is € 55 to € 75. This is mandatory.
- Pets may only be brought with prior written consent from the lessor.
- It is not permitted to use any cooking, heating, or washing devices other than those provided by the lessor.
- Bed linen is provided in the bungalow and included in the rental price.
- The lessor is not liable for theft or damage to the tenant’s personal belongings.
- It is not allowed to place tents, caravans, or other camping gear near the bungalow or house.
- The tenant and their companions enter the rented premises at their own risk.

Payment
- After your booking, you will receive a confirmation including payment details;
- Deposit: 50% of the total amount within 14 days of receiving the confirmation;
- Remaining payment: 50% no later than 4 weeks before the arrival date;
- For bookings with arrival within 4 weeks of reservation, the full amount is due immediately.
Cancellation (also during the current coronavirus situation)
You cannot take out cancellation insurance with us.
- For cancellations up to 42 days before arrival: 30% of the total amount;
- From the 42nd (inclusive) to the 28th day before arrival: 60% of the total amount;
- From the 28th (inclusive) to the 7th day before arrival: 75% of the total amount;
- From the 7th (inclusive) up to the day before arrival: 90% of the total amount;
- On the day of arrival or later: full amount is due.
- In case of cancellation, we will always refund the prepaid tourist tax and final cleaning fee.
Youth Groups
- Groups consisting solely of youths (all under the age of 21) are generally not allowed to rent in our park.
- If permitted, a security deposit of € 250 may be required upon key handover, deviating from the standard policy.
Contract Termination
The lessor is entitled to consider this contract terminated if:
- the full rental amount is not paid upon arrival;
- the tenant leaves the property prematurely;
- the tenant fails to comply with the provisions above – subject to the discretion of the on-site manager;
- the tenant fails to occupy the rental property by 24:00 on the day the rental period begins, without prior notice by phone, email, or in writing.
